Kamran Ayub, MHA

Kamran Ayub is an Associate with Alvarez and Marsal’s Healthcare Industry Group based in Washington D.C. Kamran has supported a large FQHC organization in New York City to develop a 3-year, HRSA-compliant strategic plan. In this role, he completed a review of community needs data to identify FQHC program gaps and led working sessions with large, diverse client teams to drive organizational consensus on clinical program priorities. He also supported assessments of funding sustainability and IT capabilities to highlight organizational risks and strategic considerations. Kamran has also worked with the New York State Department of Health on the Vital Access Provider Strategic Planning Assistance program. He worked with awardee hospitals to develop VAP initiatives and remain compliant with financial, operational, and care-quality reporting requirements. Mr. Ayub graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Science and holds a Master’s of Health Administration from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health
