Amelia De Paola, MBA

Amelia De Paola has dedicated her career to advocating a whole-person approach to healthcare and the integration of social determinants of health into the American medical system. She currently works as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Radicle Health, helping to scale software solutions for community based organizations. Amelia has held previous roles as an EMT, community health organizer, and early-stage investor, accruing expertise in scaling organizations that apply business model and technological innovation to pressing social issues. Amelia holds a M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, where she was a Siebel Scholar and a Flare Capital Scholar, and a B.A. in Spanish language and literature from Georgetown University.

Terra Firma National is a separate nonprofit organization dedicated to replicating and advancing the Terra Firma Model across the country.
