John Decarvalho

John Decarvalho is a government affairs professional and child advocate with experience in both the strategic consulting and non-profit sectors. In his current role as Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy at Children’s Health Fund, John works to develop and execute the national nonprofit’s policy, advocacy, and government affairs strategies. Prior to joining CHF, John worked with a strategic consulting firm that represents various political candidates, not-for- profits, corporations, and advocacy groups at the city, state, and federal level. John is a Latino immigrant who was born and raised in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and English.
